So I started eating Goat cheese, since learning about how it is easy on the stomach. I began snacking on cashews, blueberrys and goat cheese and found the combo amaaazziiiinggg!! Is there a way to use a food processer and to make a raw cheesecake with just the goat cheese, and a cashew crust, toped with blueberry sauce? Thank you!<br />Mikeisinthesunhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07489656100368698954noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3472939423939939959.post-56616406139381174542013-04-09T16:00:36.926-07:002013-04-09T16:00:36.926-07:00Hi Taylor, this recipe sounds amazing and I really...Hi Taylor, this recipe sounds amazing and I really want to try and make it. However, I am not sure of the amount goat cheese to use for the filling. It says 1 1/2 #...not sure what the # sign means. I am on a strict gluten free, starch free and dairy free diet - which doesnt leave me much option in the desert section. I am so glad to come across this, I might try this. With the goat cheese we only seem to have the soft cheve cheese, would a normal goat cheese be ok to substitute it?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3472939423939939959.post-77569576439871375392012-07-23T06:00:08.396-07:002012-07-23T06:00:08.396-07:00I just came across your website and I can’t tell y...I just came across your website and I can’t tell you how excited I am to try this recipe! 3 years ago I was diagnosed with a severe dairy allergy and a year after that a gluten allergy. Finding yummy desserts has been one of the hardest parts. I had to come to terms with never being able to put a piece of sweet creamy cheesecake into my mouth again…thanks to you I now have that opportunity. Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to give someone like me some food hope!!! :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3472939423939939959.post-68383651681786606682012-04-03T15:54:42.267-07:002012-04-03T15:54:42.267-07:00Your comments make me smile. These recipes sound so wonderful, but I have just begun this journey and we are in Brazil and don't have access to all these gourmet and gluten-free foods that I don't think we'll get to try them out, but I think it is wonderful what you have done with them all!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3472939423939939959.post-35454116507768605932010-11-21T13:26:14.735-08:002010-11-21T13:26:14.735-08:00I would suggest using flaxseeds. Make sure that the mixture has gelled before using it. Some people recommend simmering the two items together to thicken this mix. Another alternative would be chia seeds, following the same method.Taylorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12708131773003753399noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3472939423939939959.post-55694418202957633792010-11-17T14:03:09.808-08:002010-11-17T14:03:09.808-08:00what could you recommend as an egg replacement in ...what could you recommend as an egg replacement in this recipe?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
